Synergy effects with Chubu Electric Power
In 2018, ES-CON JAPAN entered into a capital and business alliance with Chubu Electric Power Co., Inc., Inc., becoming an equity-method affiliate of the company. Since then, the company has positioned the Chubu region as a key business area alongside the Tokyo and Kinki regions and has been actively expanding its business. In order to further expand its business and improve stability, the company conducted a third-party allotment of new shares to Chubu Electric Power, which has strong corporate credit, with the aim of strengthening its financial base. In April 2021, the company became a consolidated subsidiary of Chubu Electric Power, and will continue to develop various projects by leveraging synergies with the company.
