New Urban Development
New Urban Development
Capture and bring out the charm of the place.
Create a town that can only be built there.
We believe that building a town is about creating a lifestyle and a community. It is about creating scenery and memories. We envision and create a town that is not just convenient, but can only be created there. We pour in the know-how we have cultivated as a comprehensive developer to improve the local community. With our involvement, we will realize town development that makes people feel that "I love my town even more" and "I can take pride in my town" from a long-term perspective.
Urban development centered around ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO
Within HOKKAIDO BALLPARK F VILLAGE, an area centered around ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO, the home stadium of Hokkaido Nippon-Ham Fighters, we have developed condominiums, senior residences with a medical mall, and a multi-story parking lot. A hotel is also under development for its opening in 2027. In addition, we are working with Kitahiroshima City to promote the "Station West Exit Area Revitalization Project" at JR Kitahiroshima Station, the closest station to the stadium. We are developing the rotary in front of the station and developing ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO Hotel Kitahiroshima Ekimae, tonarie Kitahiroshoma, and Le JADE Hokkaido Kitahiroshima. We are currently working on creating a town unlike any other in the world, where a diverse range of people, from children to seniors, can live, play, and gather.
Town development centered around the J.League Montedio Yamagata's "new stadium"
Based on the concept of "Rediscovery YAMAGATA (Connecting Yamagata)," this new stadium project aims to go beyond simply building a venue for soccer matches and become a hub for exchange and cultural dissemination.
With a view to urban development that harmonizes the new stadium (scheduled to open in August 2028) with the surrounding environment, we will work together with local businesses, municipalities, and other relevant parties to promote the creation of an "exchange and cultural dissemination hub" that will solve the challenges facing Yamagata Prefecture and contribute to the realization of a sustainable local community.
Beyond simply developing infrastructure, we aim to establish an advanced "sports x community development" business model that contributes to the revitalization of Yamagata as a whole through community building that inspires local pride and area management.

TSUNAGU GARDEN Senri Fujishirodai
This project is to create a "multi-generational coexistence new district" on a vast site where commercial and medical facilities, condominiums, detached houses, licensed nursery schools, and parks coexist with abundant nature. In addition to the hard aspects, we are also involved in the soft aspects of sustainable urban development, such as maintaining the town's landscape, disaster prevention, and self-governance, in cooperation with the government.
