Since our founding in 1995 as a developer of condominiums, we have steadily expanded our business domain to include commercial, logistics, office and hotel businesses, and have grown to the point where we are now involved in multiple large-scale urban development projects. ES-CON JAPAN 's mission, which is based on the purpose of "Ideal to Real - Bringing ideals into reality to create a new future", is not just to develop buildings, but also to imagine the happiness of the people who will live there and develop the lifestyle itself. As a result of continuing to promote our business as a "life developer", a vision we have adopted since 2015, together with our purpose, we feel that we have built a solid foundation to aim for the next heights.

What is essential for aiming for sustainable growth in the future is the fundamental principle of corporate management - "to remain a company that is useful to society" - and the attitude of taking on the most difficult challenges. Society today faces a variety of challenges. In such circumstances, the mindset of simply pursuing profits for one's own company will eventually reach its limits.
