Commercial Facilities
Commercial Facilities
Rooted in the local community,
A place loved by the local community.
More convenient. More prosperous. We are expanding our commercial facility brand "tonarie" throughout Japan as a hub for local community life. By developing in response to the different needs of each region, we aim to go beyond being just a shopping center.

tonarie
We aim to bring together the functions necessary for daily life, such as supermarkets, drug stores, and medical facilities, and to meet the needs of each community, such as a place for local events and community interaction. In this way, we will support the local community and create a place that is loved by them.
<Brand Concept>
"tonarie" was born with the concept of "being close to the town and developing with it. Always next to you in your life," and with the desire to be close to the people who live in the community.
tonarie Kitahiroshoma
It was developed in a location connected by a pedestrian deck to JR Kitahiroshima Station, the nearest station to "ES CON FIELD HOKKAIDO." Based on the concept of "KITAHIRO The GOOD BASE," there are a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy locally produced ingredients and products, as well as the taste of local ingredients. In addition, the "tonarie FIELD LIVE ARENA," which can be used for public viewing of baseball games and other events, has been set up as a place for local interaction, creating a bustling atmosphere every day.
tonarie Yamatotakada
Winner of the 2019 Good Design Award. Based on the concept of a "multi-level park open to the city," the walls between indoors and outdoors have been removed as much as possible to visualize people's movements and vitality. Because it is located in a place that is visible the moment you get off the station, you can stop by even if you don't have a specific purpose, creating a place that is open to everyone.
tonarie Tsukuba Square
In front of Tsukuba Station in Ibaraki Prefecture, new urban development and revitalization was required due to the closure of commercial facilities. ES-CON JAPAN acquired three commercial facilities in front of the station and implemented an integrated development that combines commerce, work, and housing. In addition to supermarkets and food stores that are essential for daily shopping, the area also offers a wide range of food, household goods, outdoor and sports brand goods, making it an essential place in the lives of local residents.
