Logistics Facilities

Logistics Facilities

To place and deliver items
More than just logistics facilities.

In recent years, logistics needs have increased with the expansion of the e-commerce market. Logistics facilities are essential as bases for this. We have developed our logistics facility brand "LOGITRES" throughout Japan. In LOGITRES to the requests of exhibiting companies, we not only deliver the goods necessary for daily life, but also play a role in revitalizing local communities by developing facilities that are easy to work in.

LOGITRES

With the idea of "a logistics facility that is not just for storing and transporting goods," LOGITRES was designed with consideration for the city's scenery and users rather than rationality. For example, the space was designed with attention to detail, such as different designs for each area, ample office space, and ramps for wheelchair users. The double-sided berths that allow for simultaneous loading and unloading, and the storage capacity made possible by the high ceilings, have also been well received by the companies that use the facility.

<Brand Concept>
We believe that logistics facilities are bases that deliver the goods people need for their lives, and are unchanging facilities that support people's lives. A "TREE" is a tree whose roots grow deep over time, whose branches reach far and wide, delivering a variety of products and LOGITRES our lives. It was with this desire to be such a facility that "LOGITRES" was born from LOGISTICS x TREE x ESCON.
