Winner of the 2023 Good Design Award. The construction site is home to many start-up companies' offices. We hope that young, ambitious business people will be able to work with a positive attitude. The openings on three sides offer overwhelming views of the Imperial Palace and Mt. Fuji. Although compact, the space is full of diverse charm and experiences, creating a creative office that draws people in and encourages flexible thinking.

The area around Tsukuba Station was in need of new urban development and revitalization after the commercial facilities in front of the station closed one after another. In order to maximize the value of the location in front of the station, we undertook a development that integrated commerce, work, and housing. With new windows installed in the existing building to let in light and a spacious design, the office is both convenient and comfortable.
