Dividend Policy

ES-CON JAPAN considers the return of profits to shareholders to be of the utmost importance, and our basic policy is to strive for stable profit return that is continuous and in line with the company's growth potential, taking into consideration the state of business performance, the enhancement of internal reserves, dividend payout ratio, etc. We introduced Progressive Dividend Policy * from the second medium-term management plan, and have continued this policy in 5th Medium-Term Management Plan.

*The dividend per share (DPS) will be limited to the previous fiscal year's dividend per share amount, and in principle, the dividend policy will be "no reductions, only maintaining or increasing dividends."

To our shareholders (Information on how to receive dividends)

For shareholders who have chosen to receive their dividends by receipt, a "dividend receipt" which serves as a voucher for the dividend will be enclosed with the Notice of Resolution and mailed to your home on the day of the General Meeting. However, there is a possibility that you may not receive your dividend due to delays in delivery or loss due to moving, etc., so please consider receiving your dividends by bank transfer or by securities account.
Please see the leaflet below for more details.

*In order to make dividends from stocks held in a NISA account tax-exempt,
You will need to select the "pro rata distribution method based on the number of shares" to receive dividends in your securities account.
