Starting in fiscal year 2023, ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. will be responding to surveys by the international NGO "CDP." Based on the CDP's evaluation, we are promoting efforts to disclose climate change information, such as improving our internal systems and strengthening our response where necessary.

Health and Productivity Management Award (large corporation category)
ES-CON JAPAN participates in the Health and Productivity Management Survey conducted annually by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi to select corporations that practice excellent health and productivity management. Since 2023, we have been recognized as a "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category)" for three consecutive years.
Kurumin Certification
In addition to establishing childcare and nursing care leave regulations that exceed legal requirements, ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. have received "Kurumin Certification," a certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, as a "childcare support company."
