ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. has been selected as a constituent stock of the FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index, an index that targets Japanese companies that demonstrate excellent management and initiatives related to ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance).
The FTSE JPX Blossom Japan Sector Relative Index is one of the major indices used by the Government Pension Investment Fund (GPIF) as a criterion for ESG investment.

Starting in fiscal year 2023, ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. will respond to surveys from the international NGO "CDP." Based on the CDP's evaluation, we are promoting efforts to disclose climate change information, such as improving our internal systems and strengthening our response where necessary.
In the 2025 evaluation, we received a score of "B" in the area of "Climate Change."

ES-CON JAPAN  participates in the Health and Productivity Management Survey conducted annually by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Nippon Kenko Kaigi to select corporations that practice excellent health and productivity management. Since 2023, we have been recognized as a "Health and Productivity Management Excellent Corporation (Large Corporation Category)" for three consecutive years.

In addition to establishing childcare and nursing care leave regulations that exceed legal requirements, ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. have received "Kurumin Certification," a certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, as a "childcare support company."
