1. Basic Policy
ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. group believes that the sustainable growth of the company is achieved when all employees work enthusiastically and grow independently. To this end, we have created an environment where even young employees can work with discretion without being restricted in the scope of their work, and we are actively investing in human resources, focusing on the development of each employee.
Additionally, we have outlined seven important perspectives in our "Basic Policy" for human resource development, which was formulated in 2023, and are enhancing various training and support systems to ensure that these mindsets and skills are instilled in each and every employee.

2. Skills development tailored to each individual
In order to develop the human resources necessary for future business growth, ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. provide level-specific training based on on-the-job training (OJT) according to each employee's development level. Level-specific training up to manager and deputy general manager positions supports the growth of each employee by providing opportunities for employees to reexamine the roles expected of them and organize the skills they need to develop in the future. In addition, training for department heads includes discussions on issues related to the company as a whole and business operations, such as human resource development policies and organizational structures, as well as evaluator training. In addition, basic education on compliance, human rights, and other topics that are necessary regardless of job content is provided to all employees.


3. Support for voluntary skill improvement
Qualification acquisition support system
To encourage employees to obtain the Real Estate Transaction License, a qualification essential for running ES-CON JAPAN business, we have established a support system for those who wish to obtain the license, and allow them to take e-learning courses using external correspondence courses.We also partially subsidize the cost of mock exams to obtain the qualifications of a first-class architect and an Association for Real Estate Securitization Certified Master.
In addition to systems to support employees in obtaining various qualifications, we have also established a system to provide qualification allowances to employees who have national qualifications that are useful in business operations, and we are working to create an environment that encourages employees to take the initiative in learning and improving their skills.
Other support systems
The company offers a wide range of learning options for self-development and skill improvement provided by its contracted employee benefits service company, which are available to employees at a low membership fee.
