"Ideal to Real"
ES-CON JAPAN Group's purpose is "Ideal to Real," which means responding to changing needs with the times, realizing ideals, and creating a new future. As life developer that creates ideal lifestyles, the Group is promoting "sustainability management," aiming to "realize a sustainable society" and "sustainable growth" by addressing social issues.

Our basic policy on sustainability management is "We will comply with environmental, social and governance laws and regulations, as well as ES-CON JAPAN own commitments, and aim to grow as a company that is needed by society through the promotion of sustainability," and Long-Term Vision 2030 identifies five key themes for sustainability management (materiality/direction to be aimed for and initiatives).

Specifically, the company has set out initiatives to "Deepening" sustainability management, including "utilizing diverse human resources," "ensuring thorough compliance," and "strengthening governance and risk management, including for group companies." In addition, the company has set out initiatives to "Evolution" sustainability management, including "promoting a decarbonized society" and "realizing a well-being society."

In response to these priority themes, we have established Sustainability Promotion Committee under the Board of Director in order to strengthen our system for sustainability promotion activities and clarify management's involvement. Specific initiatives are being promoted by the subordinate committees of the Environment, Social Affairs and Human Rights.

We will further raise the awareness of sustainability among each employee, and respond appropriately to social issues through our business activities, working continuously and carefully. Furthermore, by further Deepening our "sustainability management" and "Evolution" new initiatives, we aim to increase true corporate value that cannot be measured by financial indicators alone.
