In fiscal year 2023, the meetings will be held twice a year, in mid-February after the financial results are announced, and in mid-August after the second quarter results are announced. Each meeting lasts approximately one hour, with a representative giving a presentation on the business, financial results overview, business strategy, etc., followed by answering questions from participants. Due to the change in the fiscal year end, from fiscal year 2024, the meetings will be held in May and November each year. The meetings are targeted at domestic and international analysts and fund managers, with approximately 30 people attending.

We conduct individual investor relations meetings at each quarterly settlement date, either in person or via web conference, depending on your request.

Financial information, timely disclosure materials other than financial information, securities reports, company information materials, the status of corporate governance, notices of general shareholders' meetings, financial materials such as medium-term management plans, project information materials, etc., as well as videos of semi-annual financial results briefings, along with slides, are posted on our website.

Our public relations staff can also answer any IR-related questions directly via the internet. In addition, in order to enhance the disclosure and provision of information to overseas investors, we have posted our quarterly financial results summary, major press releases, and English versions of our business details on the IR section for overseas investors on our website (English site).

The department in charge of IR is the IR Office of the Corporate Planning Division, and the IR administrative liaison officer is the head of the IR Office.

We have set up an IR site on ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. website for overseas investors, where we publish English versions of financial statements (summaries), convocation notices, financial results briefing materials, etc.
