Improvement of the Working Environment
1. Thorough enforcement of labor standards
ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. provide explanations of labor standards to all employees through various training programs. We also have an internal database where employees can check company regulations, including work rules, at any time.
ES-CON JAPAN Ltd. comply with all applicable laws and regulations and strive to ensure equal and balanced treatment regardless of gender or employment status.
2. Initiatives to improve work environment
ES-CON JAPAN believe that creating an environment where employees can empathize with the company's management and business vision and maximize their abilities will lead to innovative value creation and improved customer satisfaction, and we recognize that improving the engagement of each employee is an essential element for sustainable business growth.
Based on this idea, we have introduced and are conducting an engagement survey from fiscal 2024 to objectively understand ES-CON JAPAN strengths and areas for future improvement. The results of this survey will enable management to accurately understand the situation of the entire organization and will be used to consider and implement measures to create a better working environment and promote employee skill development.

We provide multifaceted support for long-term asset formation so that our employees can have peace of mind about their future and focus on their work. In addition to our defined contribution pension plan, we have established a workplace NISA savings plan that supports small amounts of tax-free investment, and a stock ownership plan with incentives. Through these systems, we as a company actively support our employees so that they can plan for a stable future.
ES-CON JAPAN have established a company housing system to reduce the burden on employees who are transferred or relocated and need to relocate. By renting out company-provided housing, we are able to reduce the burden of living expenses and support employees in making a smooth start and thriving in their new environment.
3. Promoting interaction between employees
In order to foster an open organizational culture and encourage communication among employees with diverse experiences and values, ES-CON JAPAN have established various internal events and systems to promote interaction between employees regardless of position or department.
We regularly hold company-wide events such as company trips and sports days as valuable opportunities for ES-CON JAPAN employees, who are based throughout Japan, to interact with colleagues they don't often get to see during their regular work. These events are important for deepening bonds between employees and fostering a sense of unity within the organization.

We have established a support system for club activities with the aim of promoting the physical and mental health of employees and stimulating communication that transcends departments, positions, and gender. Currently, there are four club activities - running, futsal, golf, and baseball - which volunteer employees participate in on holidays and after work hours on weekdays. The relationships built through shared hobbies facilitate smooth cooperation in daily work and also lead to employee refreshment.
